Bounty Hunter is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We believe your recovery journey is personal and should remain private. As such:

3. Information Storage and Processing

3.1 Local Data Storage

All information you enter into the App, including but not limited to:

• Personal motivation statements
• Urge logs and coping strategy usage
• Reality check responses and scores
• Milestone achievements
• Check-in history

Is stored locally on your device using iOS's UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

3.2 No Cloud Synchronization

The App does not use any cloud services, servers, or external databases. Your data is not backed up to any cloud service unless you explicitly choose to back up your entire device through iOS's standard backup mechanisms (iCloud or iTunes), which are controlled entirely by you and Apple.

• iOS's built-in sandboxing technology, which isolates the App's data from other apps
• Device-level encryption provided by iOS when your device is locked with a passcode
• No network transmission of personal data, eliminating interception risks

• Problem gambling helpline numbers (calls/texts are handled by your phone's native calling/messaging apps)

Your data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed. You have complete control over your data:

• You can reset all data through the App's Settings screen
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data
• We have no ability to recover deleted data as we never had access to it

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The App deals with gambling addiction recovery, which is an adult-oriented topic. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under 18.

The App provides a data export feature that allows you to export your recovery data as plain text. This exported data:

• Is generated locally on your device
• Can be shared using iOS's standard sharing mechanisms
